For a while, Mr. Newton was our bus driver. One morning we were running late and Mr. Newton was in a hurry to get us to class.</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Up ahead, a large hog stepped out in front of&nbsp;the bus&nbsp;and Mr. Newton hit him, dead on,&nbsp;leaving the&nbsp;hog spinning in the middle of the dirt road. Mr. Newton never slowed down and as far as I know, this was never mentioned at school. The bus load of us kids, however, hooted and howled all the way to school.
